You can propose:

• A talk, presentation, or workshop
• A creative piece (poetry, visual art, video, spoken word, reflection)
• A panel, conversation, or dialogue across different perspectives
• Something unexpected – we’re open to your ideas

We welcome:

• Contributions from lived and/or professional experience.
• Research that hasn’t yet reached wider audiences.
• Reflections on practice and process—what works, what doesn’t.
• Ideas that challenge the status quo, or work within it with care.
• Honest stories about recovery, risk, identity, and uncertainty.
• Knowledge learned by actually doing the work.
• Brave thinking about recovery, harm, systems, identity, intersectionality, and access.

You don’t need to be a polished speaker.
You don’t need to have all the answers.
You don’t have to give a ‘typical’ presentation.
You just need something to say.
